Description: A huge climber 10 - 20 m long. Petiole 0.7 - about 2 cm long. Leaf blade 20 - 30 cm long and 8 - 20 cm wide, widest in or slightly below or above the middle, rounded or slightly cordate at the base, obtuse or mostly short acuminate at the apex. Reticulate venation not or faintly impressed above, slightly raised beneath. Pedicels several times longer than the calyx. Merocarps 20 - 30 cm long,1 - almost 2 cm in diameter, glabrous when ripe.
