Description: Vines. Leaves coriaceous, broadly ovate to oblong in outline or orbicular to raniform, very variable in size, the margins entire, undulate, angular-toothed, 3 -lobed, or less commonly 5 - 7 lobed, basally cordate, apically acute, obtuse or retuse, mucronulate, upper and lower surfaces glabrous. Inflorescence axillary, flowers usually solitary, less commonly cymose. Fruit capsular, depressed-globose, brown. Seeds black or brown, glabrous.
