Description: Small tree, up to 15 m tall, glabrous, younger parts densely rusty tomentose. Leaf petiole 4-18 cm long; lamina, peltate, 10-22(-32) x 7.5-18(-26) cm. Stipules 9-12 mm long. Male inflorescences up to 10 cm long; male flowers sessile, fascicled; female inflorescences 3-4.5 cm long. Fruit about 5 mmdiameter, spherical, black-glandular. Seed about 3 mm diameter, globose.
