Description: Perennial, climbing or twining herb, hispid with stinging hairs, moecious; stem elongate slender. Leaves short-petiolate, lamina 4-7.5 x 0.7-1.5 cm, simple, narrowly lanceolate to narrowly ovate-lanceolate. Inflorescences in terminal, axillary, androgynous racemes; racemes 1.5-3 cm long. Flowers apetalous. Fruit about 7 mm diameter. Seeds about 3 x 2.5 mm diameter, subglobose, greyis- brown with slight mottling.
