Description: Climbing vines to about 4 m long. Leaflets acute or obtuse apically, cuneate, rounded, truncate to cordate basally, both surfaces pubescent. Inflorescence to 30 cm long, florate 8 - 12.5 cm, flowers 4 - 8 mm long, with long tawnyhairs outside, sericeous inside, dull purplish-white. Fruit oblong, compressed, septate,3 - 5 seeded. Seeds oblong-truncate, black, shiny.
