Description: A tree, often attaining an immense height. Leaf blade 10 - 24 cm long, 5 - 9 cm, wide, lateral veins including with midrib an angle of about 600. Flowers pale allpe-green, with a scent of a Cherimoya flower. Fruit ovoid, not stipitate, rounded at both ends, glabrous. Seeds semicircular in outline, smelling like nutmeg when dissected. Pulp adherent to seeds.
